Who we are is a boutique sourcing management consultancy living by a crystal clear mission: helping great companies maximize their talent resourcing capability.

The service offering spans from training, speaking engagements, one-on-one sourcing advisory sessions and those project-based, usually longer life-cycle-type recruiting solutioning agreements where a strategic partnership is established to design, build and/or elevate the client’s talent resourcing strategy and delivery.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect depends on how the User sets up Akismet for the Site, but typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).


We collect the email address of the people who subscribe to our newsletter in order to deliver news, blog posts and promotions of our own offerings – you can opt-off that service at any time with the link in our newsletters.

By default, our contact forms and checkout pages do not store your data – they do include an optional opt-in to subscribe to our newsletter.

None of your data is accessible to third parties for marketing purposes.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.


We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store in order to be able to deliver our services. When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details. We’ll use this information for purposes such as:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our store offerings

While you visit our site, we’ll track products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, to show you products you’ve recently viewed.



Who we share your data with

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We are using Hummingbird to optimize the performance of our site. Hummingbird uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Files and images served by the CDN may be stored and served from countries other than your own. Stackpath’s privacy policy can be found here.

None of your data is accessible to third parties for other purposes.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Your newsletter subscription is valid until your engage with our content. If 2 years pass without you opening any of your messages we will assume you are not interested in us anymore (sad!) and delete your data. Of course you can also opt-out yourself anytime by clicking on the link in the newsletter, or writing to

We generally store your purchase information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 2 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
